Why Choose RV Storage in Arkansas?
An RV spends most of the year parked. Driveways rarely fit one, plenty of neighborhoods won't allow it out front, and a season of Arkansas sun is hard on a roof, seals, and tires. RV storage gives it a proper spot between trips, behind a gate rather than on the street.
You get a choice of how it sits, and the three options suit different owners. Covered parking at Avery Ln in Bryant and Pine Ridge Rd in Pottsville keeps sun and hail off the roof, which is where weather does the most damage. Enclosed storage at I-30 Frontage Rd in Bryant and Baseline Rd in Little Rock puts four walls around the whole rig, and the Baseline Rd units include electricity. Open-air parking at Maumelle Blvd in North Little Rock and Carl Moren Rd in Hensley suits owners who just need it off the property.
Every one of these locations is fenced and gated, and you open the gate with a code that belongs to you. Several offer 24-hour access, so you can hitch up early for a long drive without waiting on an office. Space sizes and clearances differ from site to site, so measure your rig and call the location you're closest to before you book, or open its facility page to see what's free right now.
What You Can Park
What You Can Park in RV Storage in Arkansas
We take motorhomes, towables, and the vehicles that pull them. Space sizes and clearances differ by location, so call ahead with your measurements.
Class A motorhomes
The largest rigs need the most room and the most clearance. Call the facility with your length and height before you book a space.
Class B and C motorhomes
Van conversions and cab-over motorhomes fit most of our spaces, and the covered options keep the sun off the roof vents.
Travel trailers
Park the trailer here and keep your driveway for the truck. Open-air and covered spaces both work for a towable.
Fifth wheels
Fifth wheels sit tall at the front, so clearance matters as much as length. Check both with the facility before you arrive.
Pop-up campers
Folding campers take the least room of anything we park, and they keep far better out of the weather than under a tarp at home.
Toy haulers and tow vehicles
Store the hauler loaded, or keep the truck here alongside it. Several of our RV locations also take cars and trucks.

Who Uses RV Storage in Arkansas?
Most RV owners come to us for one of two reasons. Either the RV won't fit at home, or the rules say it can't stay there. Owners under HOA rules make up a good share of our RV customers, since plenty of neighborhoods don't allow a motorhome or trailer parked out front for long. Owners with short driveways face the simpler version of the same problem, where the rig blocks the garage or hangs into the street.
Seasonal campers store between spring and fall and want the roof out of the weather over winter. Snowbirds park here for the stretch they're away, then collect it when the weather turns. Weekend travelers pick a location with 24-hour access so an early start doesn't depend on office hours. And new RV owners often call us within a week of buying, having worked out that the driveway isn't going to do.
You'll find RV storage in Bryant, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Hensley, and Pottsville. Every one of those properties is fenced and gated with coded entry, and you can rent and pay online rather than making a trip to the office.

Before You Store
How to Prepare Your RV for Storage
Wash the exterior and clean the roof, then check the seals and reseal anything that's lifting.
Empty and flush the black and grey tanks, then leave a little water and treatment in the black tank.
Drain the fresh water system, and add RV antifreeze if the rig will sit through winter.
Take out every bit of food, defrost the fridge, and leave its door propped open.
Fill the fuel tank and add stabilizer, and change the oil if it's near due.
Disconnect or remove the batteries, or keep them on a tender where power is available.
Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure and cover them, since sun does more damage than miles.
Close the vents and blinds, leave a moisture absorber inside, and lock up before you go.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs About RV Storage in Arkansas
Which Arkansas locations have RV storage?
Six of them. Avery Ln and I-30 Frontage Rd in Bryant, Baseline Rd in Little Rock, Maumelle Blvd in North Little Rock, Carl Moren Rd in Hensley, and Pine Ridge Rd in Pottsville. Each facility page lists what's available there right now.
Do you have covered RV parking in Arkansas?
Yes. Covered parking is available at Avery Ln in Bryant and Pine Ridge Rd in Pottsville. A roof over the rig takes the worst of the sun and hail off the roof and seals, which is where weather tends to cause the most expensive damage.
Is there enclosed RV storage in Arkansas?
Yes. I-30 Frontage Rd in Bryant offers enclosed RV storage, and Baseline Rd in Little Rock has enclosed units that include electricity. Enclosed storage puts four walls and a roof around the whole rig rather than just a cover overhead.
Can I get to my RV at any hour in Arkansas?
Several of our RV storage locations offer 24-hour gate access, including Avery Ln and I-30 Frontage Rd in Bryant, Baseline Rd in Little Rock, and Maumelle Blvd in North Little Rock. Pine Ridge Rd in Pottsville is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check the facility page for the location you want.
What size RV space will I need in Arkansas?
Measure your rig from the front bumper to the back, including any bike rack or spare carrier, and measure the height at the tallest point such as an air conditioner or a fifth-wheel nose. Space sizes and clearances differ by location, so call the facility with both numbers.
Can I rent RV storage in Arkansas online?
Yes. Each facility page lists the spaces and units available at that location, and you can rent and pay online from there. If you'd rather check clearance first, call the location and we'll talk it through.
